What the training includes
Build the skills to guide a complete session.
Learn the method, apply it in practice and get feedback on your work. You will complete two course levels, two online exams, a portfolio of 20 sessions and a recorded practical. Passing all requirements earns your certificate and the practitioner licence described in the Certification Terms.
A private practitioner reference library
Your training includes access to the practitioner PDF library. The team arranges this for you separately; you do not need a paid app subscription.
You are not left to work it out alone
Ninety days in the practitioner group with weekly Zoom sessions, and feedback on your portfolio for the full six months.
Human judgement where it matters
Online knowledge assessments give immediate results. Your 20-session portfolio and recorded practical are reviewed before certification is approved.

Begin with the method, safe practice and the skills to guide a session. Pass the Level 1 exam to move on to Level 2, where you practise applying what you have learned. Your exams check your knowledge; your portfolio and recording show how you work with people.

What competence means
The skills you’ll demonstrate for certification
- Work within clear professional, consent and referral boundaries.
- Guide the Deep Truth Test without steering the answer or treating a result as a diagnosis.
- Help a client put a possible underlying belief into a clear statement they can test.
- Guide the four-step Rewire, then test the same statement again and record the response honestly.
- Measure progress honestly in the client’s lived experience, not testing alone.
How certification works
What you need to complete for certification
Both course levels and all four certification requirements must be completed within six calendar months of enrolment. Purchasing training does not guarantee the credential.
Complete Level 1
Learn the Matrix Codes method, professional boundaries, safety and core application through 21 required modules.
Pass the Level 1 knowledge assessment
Complete 40 structured Method & Safety questions. Results are immediate; you need 75% and every critical question correct to unlock Level 2.
Complete Level 2
Build confidence in supporting a client, adapting a session and knowing when to pause or refer. Complete the nine required Level 2 modules, with optional resources for further study.
Practise and record your sessions
Document 20 sessions involving at least 10 people and submit a continuous 10–15 minute recorded practical with consent and full notes.
Pass the Level 2 application assessment
Work through 40 Practitioner Application & Judgement scenarios. Results are immediate; you need 70% and every critical item correct.
Receive feedback and earn your certificate
An assessor approves your portfolio and recorded practical before you receive your certificate, permanent practitioner/licence number and the practitioner licence described in the Certification Terms.
Before you apply
Questions before you begin
Do I need another professional qualification first?
You do not need previous training in another method. Certification does not make someone a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor or other regulated professional, and it does not extend anyone’s legal scope of practice.
Does buying the course guarantee certification?
No. Certification depends on demonstrating the required skills. Both course levels, both knowledge assessments, the 20-session portfolio and the recorded Practical Skills Demonstration must be completed to the required standard within six calendar months of enrolment.
Can I work at my own pace?
Yes. You have six calendar months from enrolment to complete the training and assessments. The first 90 days include group, chat and weekly Zoom support; you can contact the assessment team throughout those six months.
How are the knowledge assessments marked?
Both online assessments are scored instantly against clear thresholds. Assessment 1 is 40 Method & Safety questions at 75%; Assessment 2 is 40 applied scenarios at 70%; and every critical item must be correct. You also need to pass the practical requirements. An assessor reviews your session portfolio and recording before your certification can be approved.
When do you need my postal address?
We ask for your postal address only when we need to send your manual or certificate. You do not need to supply it when paying for the course.
What happens after certification?
You receive a practitioner certificate and permanent practitioner/licence number. Active directory status is renewed through a free annual declaration and requires current professional insurance.
